The General Public is welcome to purchase from our site under guidelines set forth.

  • All purchases made by anyone not registered as a Certified Service Center is purchasing any and all
    items AS IS. There are no returns on AS-IS items.

  • Any item purchased by a customer for a Tech or Service Center must provide proof of a repair
    invoice from a Certified Electronics Technician and/or TV Repair Center with business name, contact
    information, diagnosis, and date of estimate. Estimate date must be documented before or on date of
    purchase. Any invoice with a date after the day of purchase will be considered  void.

  • Any repair center used must specialize in TV Repair or be listed on our approved list of service
    centers that can be found on TvPartsGuy Repair Center Directory.

                                Certified Repair Centers (CRC's) - Discounts

  • All Certified Repair Centers who are non-Nesda members will receive 10% off all orders.
  • All Certified Repair Centers who are Nesda members will receive 15% off all orders.
  • All discounts do not apply to previous purchases.
  • In order for the discounts to apply, it is the responsibility of the CRC to log into their accounts before
    making their purchases.
  • All purchases made by CRC's without logging in will not receive their discount.
  • All purchases made without logging in will be treated as a non-CRC, domestic sale and thus will follow
    those non-CRC policies as defined.


Store Credit and Refunds For CRC's Only (For Domestic and International Orders)

  • All return requests for store credit of the purchase price (excludes shipping) must be made within the
    90-day period from the date of purchase.
  • All return requests for store credit of the purchase price after the 90-day period from the date of
    purchase will not be accepted
  • All return requests for store credit of the purchase price (excludes shipping) do not incur the 20%
    restock fee. TVPARTSGUY  DOES NOT CHARGE ANY RESTOCKING FEE FOR ORDERS
    RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

  • All return requests for a refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping) must be made within the
  90-day period from the date of purchase.
  • All return requests for a refund after the 90-day period from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
  • All return requests for a refund due to ordering an incompatible and/or incorrect/wrong part(s) WILL
    INCUR a 20% restock fee.

                   All shipping costs to and from the buyer are non-refundable.

not limited to, TV Parts Guy's (TPG) policies and FAQ's page, and (3) any and/or all instructions
issued by TPG representatives, associates and/or their affiliates and will follow them as instructed.
